A 5-foot Virginia pine for the den or a 12-foot Noble fir for the stairwell, it gets the same setup. You just turn the lights on.

What if the lot is out of the tree I picked?

We text you photos of the closest matches at that lot before we buy. If nothing works, we try another lot or refund the tree in full.

Can I choose the exact tree myself?

Yes. Tag it at the farm, text us a photo of the tag, and we'll pick up that one. Or leave it to us. We pick full, fresh trees with a straight trunk and no brown in the middle.

Why is the tree price an estimate?

Lots set their prices the weekend they open. You're charged the posted price when you book. If the register says less, the difference goes back on your card the same day.

Do I need to be home?

Someone needs to let us in for indoor setup. If you'd rather not be there, leave a garage code in your notes and we'll set it up in the room you describe.

Do you bring a stand?

Use yours, or add our heavy-duty stand. It holds trees up to 12 feet and you keep it.

What about after Christmas?

Add the haul-away and we'll come back between Dec 26 and Jan 10, carry the tree out, and vacuum the needles. Trees go to the city's mulch program.

Can I cancel or reschedule?

Full refund up to 48 hours before your window. Reschedule free up to 24 hours before.
